No probs mate.

You could look at the Boditronics bars which are on offer here and they don't use collagen or gelatin

http://www.bargain-supplements.co.uk/product_info.php?manufacturers_id=82&products_id=1167

There's also the Vyomax Flapjacks. Bit high in calories / fat for cutting, but they're VERY natural. The guy who makes them (I met him at a Manchester Food Seminar thingy...), does it in only a semi-automated facility, using good quality ingredients, and I think they were being considered for Asda as one of those "local produce" companies at the time. I don't know whatever happened to that, but I know the ingredients list is mostly stuff you find in your cuboard.

Downside is that they have a relatively high % fat & cals per bar, but if you're just looking for bars to snack on during a hectic day...tis worth a look.

Those flapjacks are amazing, they sell them in a few of the gyms i go to....yum yum.

As much as i love CNP flapjacks (just bought by 2nd lot of 3 from you ) i feel the vyo ones are more like an actualt flapjack which i prefer.

I am going to set up mt 6 boxes of cnp flapjacks in my room in a way it seems i have my own supplement shop

i figured when im out and about and dont have food i normally buy a sandwich from somewhere for £2-£3, might as well just bring a couple of these flapjacks with me as they are only 50p each

Think of training as a recipe. An omelet tastes better if there's heavy cream in it. But if you put eight ounces of heavy cream in the omelet, then it's not an omelet anymore — it's something else.

Offer's just finished lads.

2 big orders this morning finished it off

We'll still be running multi-pack deals, but the uber-special promo stash has been exhausted.
