I'm actually cautiously excited as apparently I'm not excessivly fat(poor self image issues I guess). Anyway, it's been suggested I should bulk so just wanted your opinions on my proposed diet.

Breakfast 0830
3 boiled eggs, 2 slices of toast

Snack 1030
Piece of fruit

Dinner 1300
Can of tuna, dollop of mayo, handful of sweetcorn, 2 slices brown bread.

Snack 1600
Bowl of pasta with tomato based sauce

Dinner 1830
Grilled meat(about chicken breast sized of beef or chicken) with lots of veg, maybe a potato.

Snack 2200
Protein shake with 1 raw egg and full fat milk.

I will say i'm really not wanting to put on much fat so won't be trying to maximise my gains, rather gain 1 lb's a week muscle then 3lb's with 1lb fat.

Ohh, 1 point. I'm not rich so can't be having any more expensive stuff. I have 2 tubs of Reflex Whey protein so am planning to use them.

Doesn't look like much food for a bulk.

10.30 is not a meal.

16.00 has no protein.

Add lots of oats and some good fats.

Oats are bloody cheap.

Use an unflavoured whey if you want to save money.

My 2 cents:

Breakfast 0830
3 boiled eggs, 2 slices of toast

What type of bread? As i havent got time in morning i have 50g whey 100g oats in milk. If u dont fancy that defo up it to like 8 egg whites, and either oats or wetabix or porridge

Snack 1030
Piece of fruit

As said above needs to be a meal change it to chicken in whole meal pitta or tuna and pasta or some thing and keep the fruit then its a meal. whey oat shake or mrp

Dinner 1300
Can of tuna, dollop of mayo, handful of sweetcorn, 2 slices brown bread.

Yup looks good. but i try to have no more than 1 helping of bread per day.

Snack 1600
Bowl of pasta with tomato based sauce

Again as said wheres protein ? Add some chicken beef fish etc some veg or ruit or nuts.

Dinner 1830
Grilled meat(about chicken breast sized of beef or chicken) with lots of veg, maybe a potato. , good just mix it up have some nuts or or Flax.

Snack 2200
Protein shake with 1 raw egg and full fat milk.

This looks good some fats, some nuts or flax.

And again as said above Get some EPA /DHA Caps or some oily fish. Linseeds are easy once ground up, its like drinking dirt but still.

I tend to snack some times inbetween meals with Home Made Protein bars.

Good luck matey.

If you feel fat, and other people tell you to bulk. DONT.

Youll get fatter, feel like ****, go off the rails and be a fatter unhappy person.

Cut for a bit, then bulk when you feel lean and ready to.
Just 2 my cents.

Oh, and as mentioned before, it's the buttons on my shorts, not me being excited

I do have weedy arms, only 12" 3/4 so I wouldn't mind increasing muscle mass either. This is a link to my original posts FYI

The issue is I would like to gain some muscle, but I def don't want to put on much noticeable fat. Could I not aim for 1lb a week gain, which would limit the amount of fat I gain?
