Hey all I need help with a quick question about Ketosis/CKD/TKD if possible please. I've decided to go on a CKD diet as i've been noticing a lot of bloated ness lately and want to try a low carb approach too see if it helps me with my bloated and uncomfortable feeling. I've spent most of the day reading the ins and outs of Ketosis and CKD and understand how/why it works now, what i'm looking for is a good calculator to find the amounts and ratios of protein/fat i need. Reason i'm asking here is because i've been reading alot on the ketosis section on bodybuilding.com and it seems different people tell you different calculations, i'd rather use a trusted source on here than on the US forums. If anyone could provide me with a link to a calculator or a set formula i could use i would be much appreciated. Alternatively if it helps you or its easier to work it out for me then my stats are: Age: 22 Male 5ft 11" 193lbs 20+% bodyfat (im guessing) Thanks in advance!

If carbs bloat you or make you feel sluggish, you're better-off with a TKD, eating just enough carbs before training to fuel it. Try starting on ~1g of protein/lb bodyweight, ~0.45g of fat/lb bodyweight and ~0.5g of carbs/lb bodyweight. That gives ~10kcals/lb bodyweight with a P/C/F split of 40/20/40. Then monitor and adjust accordingly.
