Can anybody tell me if this is god or bad + how many ml's would you take per day?

Each 5ml dose provides: Organic Flaxseed Oil 4.65g Of which Alpha-linolenic acid 2.558g Linoleic acid 0.691g Oleic acid 0.983g Palmitic acid 0.235g Stearic acid 0.151

If you don't eat any oily fish or take any fish oil caps, take 20ml a day.

Sorry to Jump, Nige if a person eats no oily fish, Takes the correct amount of O3 Caps, And Linseed/pumpkin seeds. Should he still intake flax oil/caps?

Not if needs are covered by other intakes. Seed is cheapest option, then oil, then caps. Convenience tends to be the other way round.

That's not necessary. You can have oily fish or fish oil caps. You can have Linseeds or flaxseed oil. You can have a bit of everything if you want.

cheers guys! I have purchased some oil and will start it next week. is it advisable to start taking 20ml right away? or would taking 10ml for a few days first be a better idea?

thanks lads. I will start on it tomorrow and then let you know how I feel. I have heard good things and im sure I will see some differances as my current diet is deficiant in EFA's
