Hi Guys. Should have maybe done some cardio when i first started bulking but been bulking since 2nd week in december now. I'm also trying to do a weekly run in preparation for Manchester BUPA 10k on May18th. Is there any merit to doin cardio steady state before breakfast couple of times a week, or do it in evening instead? Rodge

If your training for the 10k run I dont think it matters when you do cardio, but I would do it with fuel so you perform better

Why i mentioned the run once a week was so it explained that i was doing that plus another cardio session or 2 per week. I always do the run fuled. I just wondered if it was worth doing the other cardio steady stare before breakfast? That make sence? cheerd Rodge

well i''m aiming to keep in calorie surplus so the am SS cardio would be to try minimising fat gain rather then actually trying to looses fat. Aims are to bulk.
