Hi, iv been on this diet and workout for 7 weeks and have lost 10 pounds. Any areas where i can improve as i need to cut body fat by a fair bit. Cheers 29 years old 5 foot 10 15 stone 12 pounds BF 36% 8am 25 grams oat with skimmed milk 10.30 apple and 2 oat cakes 1pm tuna mayo with mixed seeds 4pm cottage cheese 7pm chicken and veg stir fry 10am fruit or cheese or yogurt cals 1500-2000 carbs (3 day cycle) 100 grams low day or 400 high day fat 50-80 grams training Monday 1 hour Power yoga Tuesday 55 min hiit cardio Wednesday weights + 25 min cardio Thurdsay 55 min hiit cardio Friday Weights + 25 min cardio Saturday 55 min hiit cardio Sunday weights + 25 min cardio 2 days rest from gym per week

Your diet could do with some work there are no protein sources at breakfast, 10:30am and the 10pm meal! also what time do you train with weights?. Also i see your carb cycling! is there a medium day or just a high and a low day? Need to see what the other days look like too. One last point 55mins of HIIT is a long time are your sure your running flat out? i can never do it for longer than 20mins! bump for further imput

after 15 mins of INTENSE HIIT i feel absolutley wrecked and urge to do a sh1t. i doubt u'd survive for 55mins

ha ha yeah sorry wasnt that clear..20 min Hiit on the tread mill then low intensity on the bike/cross trainer. BF was measured by the gym instructor but im not surprised as i do carry a gut. The seeds i eat are Doctor food mixed full of efas 25g. oh and im male. Cheers for the feed back fella's.
