fast forward about 10 years when his father passes and apollo the greek has to run the shop
in 11 years he will be on the rock and roll and heavily in debt

possibly with the same audi on bricks on the drive due to him amassing 6 points within 12 months again

i do not think he has been spoon-fed as much as it seems, let's be honest we have all been into take aways and chippies, unless it is the only chippie in the town his dad wont be coining it

i should probably back out of this post now it just annoys me i tried to help him by telling him heis insurance would go up a lot, i tried to help him, he didnt listen and effectively in the end stuck two fingers up at me and said he earned more then me

despite the fact that.....

a) i have my own house
b) i have a similar aged car
c) i can drive

Apollo- Speeding isn't illegal because in certain areas because it may be more dangerous

It is illegal because it is inherently dangerous.

Regardless of where or at what time- speeding is dangerous! If something happened lets say a car pulls out unexpectedly in front.

You will not have the same amount of time to react and your car will take longer to stop resulting in collision!

That is why its illegal!!

Also i hate people that spout crap about having a bit of cash! I know and have worked for one of the richest men in the UK and not once did he ever boast about his earnings or what he's worth. He drives a pretty average car (406 it was then) and eats in the same local pub every friday.
People like him will always get respect- those who boast about owning a chippy will not!

I think its already been said but you need to get a grip!!

Apollo do me and yourself a favour, stop rising to the bait, restart a journal, stay out of General, train for 3 months and show us what you can do if you class yourself as a serious trainer, what do you say?

I think that this thread and apollo's MT saga in general has demonstrated perfectly that being spoon-fed by your parents ultimately does not do you any favours in the long run.

I mean look at this guy. His emotional maturity (bearing mind he is 24, not a teenager) makes pigeon warrior look like a well-adjusted adult.

His world view has been perpetually skewered by not having to invest fore-thought and good ol'fashioned hard work into his existence.

Ultimatley I feel sorry for the lad.

The unintentional kebab reference just made me do a sex wee

Well you have a new username so I dont know who you are actually. I can understand how some people might have been rubbed up the wrong way a little by my attitute and I apologize for that, it wasnt my intention but Im very grumpy at the moment plus Im quite ill. But some of the comments Ive read here are really unfair and some "made up" generalizations have been made too. People who dont even know me are trying to make out that Im a spoilt brat who always gets everything he wants and has his ass wipted for him and its not as simple as that at all. Its not fair to generalize.
