So I had a 6-Pack naturally because I do a lot of cardio so I have a low body fat percentage and every time I flexed my abs you would see clear definition of my abs and after my workout (which consisted of 20 minutes of abdominal exercises and another 30 minutes of arms, chests and back) I go to flex by abs but they are barely visible...is that normal? And I did do abdominal exercises before just not at that intensity. And I went from like clear definition to barely visible with one workout? Any ideas?

My 2 cents/solutions:
Have you recently started using a new supplement? Some milk proteins or cheap Whey Protein concentrates can cause excess bloating or gassy feelings and would therefore prevent your abs from showing fully.

Very intense exercise to an area that has not experienced it before, or a NEW exercise to an otherwise well-formed area, can cause the muscle to lack definition at the end of a workout. This has happened to me many times after an intense tricep or shoulder workout. (muscle appears malformed/bloated/smoother than usual). if this is the case, it will be back to normal soon, but DOMS could be killer.

Waterweight. I drink water throughout my workout, and I sometimes find that I am more cut-up an hour or two afterwards rather than during. Certain foods, especially sodium-rich foods, will cause subcutaneous water gain as well.

All in all I am sure you have nothing to worry about. Stay intense!

Oh well it has been well over 24 hours but it has gotten better but still not what it used to be, is that normal? How long does it usually take to get back to normal?
