Thats my point mate he's lifting some decent weight but isn't very big. But 'weight' is down to diet and having a calorie surplus to add weight, not to do with training. If he's light then he would need to eat more in order to add weight, it has nothing to do with training really, this just determines the composition of it. MM So training has nothing to do with gaining muscular size its all down to just eating? muscle size is to do with trianing. weight gain is not. weight gain is soley down to eating more than you need. okay your like look a fat git if do not do the weights. as with the person who is not the biggest. we do not know what his pre-weight trianing size was. body weight gain is actually down to feeding your body with the right amount of nutriants, protein, carbs and fat, you do not need to eat a surplus, but critical that you get enough (very fine line) thats why most eat excess, training still needs to be done to force the muscle to adapt to the new stimulus placed upon it which in turns needs the food to grow... |
