(Apr. 30 2008 11:09:45) | I have a 3 day split that goes like this, Monday chest/tri B/B bench 5x5 wide grip dips 5x5 incline D/B press 5x5 skulls 3x8 Wed Back/Bis Bent BB rows 5x5 Over grip chins 5x5 standing rows 5x5 DB curls 3x8 Fri Legs/Shoulders Squat 5x5 Seated DB shoulder press 5x5 calve raises 3x8 lat/raise 1 week front/ raise next week 3x8 I'm finding that say on wednesday my chest and tris are still sore, this seems to hinder my work out. my deit is good and i get plently of protein, what can i do so i can still train? |
