Some points.... I'm sure you'd get a sore chest if you're not used to this kind of workout but... 1. The number of press-ups he does will tire the chest but you're not using any weight. 2. Flys work the chest but not as well as using a bench where you get more range of motion. 3. Pressing from the floor is more of a tricep movement and not much point unless used as a specific tricep exercise I wouldn't rate it for mass building. But maybe for general fitness but I'm sure there are better routines. What's your current routine ? I'm going to watch his other routines see what he recommends....
