When do you train?
How much weight are you losing per week (or gaining)?
Do you feel full of energy as usual before workouts or lately have you been feeling tired/sleepy?
Has your sleep pattern changed, anything else significant thats worth mentioning?

I read in your other thread that you suffer from back pain and have your training has been limited.

I would hazard a guess that it is your back and core that is the problem not your diet.

nothing has changed in my day to day life realy, i don't feel full of energy pre wo, sleep pattern is the same, nothing else realy.
my weight is staying the same but my strength is going down, its down from 112kg 3sets5reps to 105 5reps (pyramiding up 5kg over 4 sets, so set 1 90kg--set4 105kg) over a few weeks

?

I would say so.

Your diet is providing enough calories etc.

Your training routine is poor as you are training around an injury. I would lower the weight right down and go for an increase each week and repeat cycle.

I would be surprised if you could maintain strength when injured.
