Training does help de-stress me and relax better, it's more just the time constraints right now. On training days I tend to get home about 8:30, not leaving much time at the end of the night once I've had dinner etc. I had planned some morning sessions, but just find that I'm knackered at the minute so better to give it a few more weeks rather than stress about trying to fit everything in. You find that you're fitting everything into your new schedule ok? Lol - it's the Fabric nights that hampered my training last summer, as you well know!!! |
