I have been maintaining recently after finishing my last cycle of AAS.

I was bulking during cycle but on moderate cals with the hope of dropping a little bf whilst regaining muscle mass. I have been fairly successful, although I am not in ideal condition I am probably the best I have ever been.

I am reaching the end of pct and just recently have found I am often hungry between meals. Would this suggest that I am growing and need to up the cals a bit??

I have started creatine monohydrate too, does this increase appetite?

Cheers

gear has been known to make you eat more but also not want food, imo if your quite lean and have small muscles i would just eat as much as poss

If you want to get bigger, then I would say yes based on this.

Cool.

I will up the carbs a little as the fat and protein are already quite high
