i currently train chest twice a week with a routine like -

4 x hammer press machine (mainly for warm up)
4 x flat db press
4 x incline db press
4 x incline db fly

i want to get the "square pec" look as i seem to be lacking deifinition. my pecs have grown significantly but i just want to shape them abit more! anyone help with this>

should i be including decline work?

size

your muscle shape is determined by genetics but you can emphasise it by adding more mass.

i use this analogy a fair bit

a balloon will give a predetermined shape, filling it with more air increases the size of the balloon but will only take the shape that was predetermined. You cannot make a fat round balloon into one of those thin long ones regardless of how much air you blow into it or try and shape it

carry on training your chest hard along with the rest of your body and see what genetic shape you have once you add mass
