I'm planning a TKD style diet for my cut. I train in the mornings so I will take all my carbs before and after my workout and eat protein and fat only meals for the rest of the day. I train every morning before work with a 5 day split, but what should I do on the weekend off days? Same amount of carbs as a training day, or no carbs, or maybe no carbs on Saturday and high on Sunday? Not sure what to do so any advice is appreciated.

ORIGINAL: Nigeepoo On "off" days, keep carbs low by getting them from non-starchy veggies and a couple of portions of fruit a day. Cheers Nige. So essential treat them as a no carb day (as in bread, pasta, oats, etc) and just get them from fruit and veg?

Re-feeds are used on CKDs. The sugary/starchy carbs that you eat before training on a TKD are mini feeds so you don't need a re-feed.
