yes i email you asking for help

don't see anything wrong with it and if I did not appreciate your input and help would have ignored so simple as that which I don't do i listen to different points of view then make my final decission

this is my second diet if I am not mistaken

the previuos one I had several adjustements since i workout rather late and was having problems with that

I think it is totally normal as you go along that if it doesn't feet your needs you adjust it

the figure protein 400 and carbs 250 in non working out days to 600 in working out days is not mine at all. I was just talking with one of the PT at MW and he told me that is the minumum you need to be aiming for
What's the point in me e-mailing you calculations for bulking when you prefer to use figures that some 'roided-up PT has pulled out of his ass?

At your current weight (180lbs), 270g/day Protein, 360g/day Carb and 120g/day Fat is sufficient for starters. Vary carb intake to suit training & off days. Monitor and adjust accordingly from there.

Only use NutritionData if no other source of info' is available. If you have a bag of oats, use the info' on the side of the bag as this is more accurate.

When I e-mailed you I had not spoken with anyone

Speaking with someone does not mean that you will take his/hers comments on board

If I did not apprecaite the help that i have here I would not post here so simple as that

The only reasson why I wanted to change my diet is because I am abit fed-up pf the other and hungry frequently.

thanks for the help you know that i ale=wats appreciate it
