Tired of them laggin behind everything else, and although I pay some attention to them Ive never really dedicated anything routine wise.

Thanks for that, knew there was sommin but couldnt remember the name of it!

MMA, when using the smith for raises, do you place a stepper under your feet and use its edge to drop the heel lower!?

I should add my gym has zero calve training equipment.

yes, or stack plates under the feet...usually need one for the lap too ass the pressure build up from the bar can cain the thighs

Understand, so you sit at the bar with it resting on the end of the knee?...ive seen some guys nick a set of sparring pads and use that to make it more managable.

i have it on top of the thighs near the knee yes
no sparring pads for me to use (good idea though)
