Oats are already partially cooked so you can eat them after soaking if you want. Oats are slowly absorbed so it's odd that they should cause hypoglycaemia. Could it be lifting the heavy ass stones that's making you go hypo as that burns shed-loads of carbs? If this is the case, eating more oats will help as this tops-up muscle glycogen more. If eating more oats makes things worse, add the ground flax to the oats and remove the whey (as whey produces an insulin spike).

Great post Nigeepoo Considering that the hypoglycemia occurs 2h post consumption it appears as though the culprit is overall insulin release, as opposed to a rapid spike. There's a lot going on with that meal, so there's probably a combination of effects. The milk also causes a massive insulin spike, in spite of the fat content. I'd eliminate that as well. Keep us updated!
