hi guys ive never really posted on the forum before but ive been a reader for quite some time. i've trained for around 3years on and off. im around 150lbs and 14-15% bodyfat. i would definatly class myself as a hardgainer. i'm going on holidays in 2months with a few friends and am looking to put a bit of muscle on but also drop down to around 12%. anyway i have purchased some epithin-e and this will be my first ever steroid cycle. the reason i am posting is because i plan on starting on monday and am looking for some advice. i was thinking of running 20mg for 5 weeks but was unsure of when to take the doses and with what foods. and also is 20mg enough? i will be working out around 7pm each night. im thinking training each bodypart twice a week (routine below), being a hardgainer do u think working out this amount is too much? mon-legs tues-back bi weds-chest shol tris thurs-legs fri-back bi sat-chest shol tri sun-off thanks in advance, dan.
