So does anyone know what this 212 tempo this book is telling me to do is all about. Im thinking 2 to hoist it up, hold it for a second and then take two seconds to lower it back down .... then repeat

If you had put your question in a training forum, you'd have had an answer probably 24 hours ago, however as you still have not done it, you are no closer to knowing.
