i have just realised that where i was going tomorrow is not a sports physio and i really should get my shoulder looked at

does anyone know of any good ones in or around bolton?

i know one in blackpool but it is too far

When you say not a sports Physio, are they just a regular medical!?

yeah its next to the doctors

heres the story with the doctors, i moved round here at the back end of last year and filled the form in, i didnt hear anything so assumed i was on the records
i phoned up about 3 weeks ago to make an appointment to get my shoulder looked at and found out i am not on the records so tomorrow i am going down to fill in the form and get on the records again

i was also going to nip next door and get that looked at (i cant do chins, pulls and one arm rows and am a bit paranoid it's getting worse)

the last time i went to a doctor it was about my shin splints when i was walking upstairs backwards (when boxing last summer) and i made the mistake of having acne, a shaved head and a big coat on
the helpfull doctor went on for 10 minutes about sterioids and then sent me on my way

bolton arena have sports physios mate, its next to the reebok, i train there from time to time
