Yes, the milk prot conc in Bedtime Extreme is going to be ideal for the overnight fast and chicken and eggs may exit the gut quicker etc but it is what allows you a) the best sleep and b) what you;re going to be consistent with. My advice is to not go 'all or nothing' on either, if you have time have the whole foods, when you feel lazy, are rushed or want a change have the bedtime extreme. Protein powders are really just functional foods - your body sees the protein as protein. Either way don't sweat it. |
