I can't help you with pasta as I don't eat the stuff. See signature, line 4.

i personnally would watch your salt intake from all that bread

try brown rice or oat cakes instead

could swap apples for oranges

as for oliv oil could swap for some avocado into your diet

eat more leafy green veg

Re the pasta: Dont buy quick cook ****e! Ok to cook normal white pasta, just boil the water then tro in the paste for 8 minutes bang on, this should make it "al dente" perfectly cooked!

Seems like you were over cooking it mate, or using quick cook crap!

Another vote for wholewheat pasta yummy dont over cook it and when u let it cool down cover it up after.

6.30 - 10 is 3.5 hour gap try and have a couple of protein bars say aorund 8.15 ish

1500 is a snack not meal.

what time do u train ?

1730 to 2130 is a 4 hour gap try to keep it to 3hours max.

Ditch the white bread. More fruit and green veg as stated above also some linseeds or flax powder or oil caps as also stated above. Also whats ur goals?
