Hi all.

I'm currently trying to decide whether to continue bulking or start cutting. I've recently lost a bit of weight already due to my bulking diet goin out the window during a busy few weeks. The problem is that it seems to be the muscle mass that has gone rather than the gut. I'm still fairly slim just i've started to get a bit of a gut. Would it be better to cut for a while to lose some fat before restarting bulking or should i just try to bulk as cleanly as possible and add some cardio? I,m 6ft 5 and just over 15 stone
My diet & training are as follows

6.30am. 50g whey

7am. 100g oats, 350ml ss milk, 2 slices granary bread

10am. 2 eggs, 2 slices granary bread, yoghurt

1pm. 200g chicken breast, potato or 4 slices granary bread + salad

5pm. 200g mince, 100g pasta/rice + veg

7pm. 4 weetabix, 350ml ss milk, 1 banana

8pm Train

9pm 50g whey

10pm 100g sardines/skippers, 2 slices granary bread (again!!), 1 apple

Training

Tues = Chest = 3x8 incline bench, flat bench, dips

Thurs = Back = 3x8 chins, bb row, deadlift

Sat = Shoulders/Arms = 3x8 mil press, shoulder press
3x10 bb curl, hammer curl, cgbp, bench dips

Sun = Legs = 3x10 squats, lunges, leg curls

All advice is welcome

Too much bread, why not have more variety? basmati rice, yams, etc etc

More carbs after training are required.
You need green veg!
where are the fats?

On the subject of training, it looks as though that could do with being sorted too tbh.

Thanks for the replies. Yeah i know what you mean about the bread, its defo a little OTT. How about

6.30am. 50g whey

7am. 100g oats, 350ml ss milk, 2 slices granary bread

10am. 100G CHICKEN, 100G BASMATI RICE, yoghurt

1pm. 200g chicken breast, potato or 4 slices granary bread + salad

5pm. 200g mince, 100g pasta/rice + veg

7pm. 25G WHEY, 4 weetabix, 350ml ss milk, 1 banana

8pm Train

9pm 50g whey + MALTO

10pm 100g sardines/skippers, 100G RICE/PASTA, 150G COTTAGE CHEESE

What would you suggest to add for fats?

Also why the protein before training? Thought carbs were priority here

imo 6 slices of bread a day is still too much, i suppose it affects people in different ways but 4 slices in one meal would leave me with a feeling bready feeling in my stomach followed by being thirsty from the salt, it shouldnt be that bad for you had it with chicken breast since thats low in salt. look as bread as a treat to have with meat etc but not on its own like with your breakfast, try adding some raisons or something to the oats since porridge is pretty dull on its own....
