hi,

i have just joined muscle talk today, i am trying to get some sound advice as i am trying to bulk up as quickly as possible.

i can't seem to train my chest properly i think i use my arms to much whilst using various machines and can't feel any benefit on my chest.

i would like some advice on diet and some sort of training routine, at the moment i train 5 days a week but get a bit lost.

does anyone know where i can get this sort of information online?

i am 6 foot, 14.5 stone

The best thing to do read through and digest some of the info in the links posted then come back with more specific questions.

If you post them in the various sub-forums your more likely to get a more targetted response, eg Diet forum for quality food to be eating, Body Building Routines for questions on what type of training split to try.

Welcome to MT phil [:)]
