I do one low rep and one high rep day a week. On the high rep day I get severa pains in the soles of my feet once I get past about 20 reps.. so agonising I have to stop. Its becoming a real problem as its preventing me from completing the sets properly. Anyone else experince this? Anyone got any tips on how to prevent it?

i know the pain your talking about, your effectively flattening your arch in your foot when your doing these raises. where's your feet on the block when doing these exercises?

erm I'm not sure really, just half on half off I guess, so that enough of my foot is off the platform so as to allow me to go low at the bottom of the movement. Whats the best way to have your feet to avoid this issue??

change your foot position and where you are effectivley setting the fulcrum point. (change how much of your foot is hanging free off the block) see if this works. are you bouncing up and down or completing smooth reps? i have size 12 feet and i experiance the pain due to having so much of my foot hanging off the block gotta love MS paint! i find the pain is right at where the block edge is on the sole of my foot

yeah thats where I guess I get it too, but it ends up being in the whole of the sole of my foot. It gets unbearable. I have size 11 feet so similar circumstances. You think try having feet further forward so less is off the block? I do them slow and controlled but have tried mixing it up and the pain still comes.

ditto, it starts localised then spreads to the whole sole area of my foot. try with feet further forward rather than hanging off the block for a change at let me know if it works for you.
