Hi.... i feel silly for asking this but after a workout should i have whey with milk or water?.... ive been having it with milk but i read somewhere something about slow release with milk therefore im guessing it should be drank with water after a workout. your help would be most appreciated.

yepp, water it is .. milk slows d absorb. down .. of course that this does not mean you would not grow if had whey with milk as PWO

I have milk in my shake for breakfast so it absorbs slowly until my next meal and i have it with water after i train, gets the protein where its needed quicker.

As above Water before and after tranning, Milk in mornings and before bed.

Defo water - Arnold said it best - Milk is for babies!!! He was right on the money, I don't take milk at all now.
