hi iv been doing boxing and bjj now for few years and normal weight training,
but i have had 4 months off due to shoulder opp, i am giving up bjj and im going to go full on with the boxing due to shoulder locks OUCH!!,
So my thing is im going to drop normal weight trainig and go for explosive Strength and Conditioning as it will suite fighting much better,
but i have no ££ to spend on dvds or books and i can only find clips on the net and do not know how to put them together as a work out,
i work at night so when i train i train alone in the boxing gym, plus befor i worked at night and did go the classes when people had breaks id do skipping and when they go hame id hit the bags so the trainig did not keep up with me as for years befor i started i was mad for fitness.
If any one can hellp it will be great as im going a bit mad.
