First off, it may be a stupid question but im not sure. I have amino 1500`s, how much protein would one tablet equate to?

My arms and shoulders are seriously lagging, ive got 1 year training under my belt and am a natural trainer, out of 3x8, 4x6 or 5x5 would work better?

At least a couple more years of training before addressing 'lagging' bodyparts.

yep.

also to the amino question, alot of people dont recomend taking it, ive gained alot with out it, just it in my sakes, then i supp it for 2 months and to be honest it a waste of money, unless you could get 200 tabs for £4 from holland and barrett when they have deals on.

I disagree with both of you.

I think that for someone who is training for asthetics and to be happy with their body, it's important to realise what parts of their physique's are lagging early on so they can start to do something about it. I realised my shoulders were complete **** and have made big improvements on them. Firstly by training them harder, then giving them their own day and now training them twice a week. Rear delts seem to be my least developed muscle atm and so I am planning to change this.

Amino's, fish capsual etc are great sups, read an article on them, not just for bodybuilding but for general health. I don't think anyone in the world could notice a physical difference in size/strength by taking them but you could say the same for alot of sups and foods.

keep the training the same inbetween the arms as in dont do more on the one arm than the other. ov you gotta push them, maybe change routine (do something about it as you say)

as for the sups and foods yeah agree, can say that you wouldnt notice a phiscal difference in s/s in them, they why i say alot of them are a waste on money, aminos can do alot of things but imo id save my money in supp them, if you have agood diet and protein powder (which will have aminos) cant go wrong with that
