I've tried it an can honestly say I didn't notice much of a difference. I did however get a bad reaction from it involving the back of my hands that went red raw, burning, dry, scaly and started bleeding, I've chucked the rest of it. Give it a go if you fancy it, may work for you, Ive got **** skin so it's prob just me with the reaction!!

I've ordered some creapump from mp but it's not the same as pulse - it's still taken pre workout like pulse but it doesn't have any stimulants or other goodies designed to increase focus and intensity like pulse and I ain't never going back to mainstream branded products, cost far too much!! TBH, I think I'm gonna run this creapump dry and go back to some good'ol sweet potatoe and whey pre workout - never had a probelm with this, lol!!

I notice from the review on mp that for a lot of people pulse only tends to work for them at an increased dosage i.e. mp states 10-20 gms pre workout and no more whereas most people state they only feel the effects at 30-40gms, which wouldn't last long at all at £25 quid a pop!!

I use it, at 30g a go. I only use it when I am shattered, I do alot of nightwork being a doorman and I spend my days looking after my daughter/training, so its hard work. I also take 200mg caffeine tab with it. It kicks me right up the arse, I get good pumps, better alertness and focus, it definately helps me. I have read alot about it not working on others, best bet is to order a small amount, try it and see.

It has never given me a headache. Just make sure you order it with the berry blast flavouring, I forgot to :( and it doesn't taste too good. The main benefit of pulse for me is more endurance whilst working out, I feel like I can work out twice as long on 30g of the stuff.

I some on order mixed reviews as ever. Quite a few reviews talk about using 20g and its fine. SO i dont think u need more than 20g allthought body weight does seem to affect it. You gota just try some if it aint for you then dont buy again.

Have always used NO Explode in the past but thought I would give this a try. I take between 20 and 30g depending on what workout I'm doing. I have never experienced the tingle face that other users have reported but do notice a marked difference in my endurance as well as a fairly good pump. Would use again.

It wouldn't hurt, but how would you know what supps were working for you?

One thing I noticed, is that the effect at 30g has been the same over the last few months in contrast with no-explode the effect tampered off after a weeks use.

I get great results from just 15g of this stuff. Anyone know the shelf life?

I wasn't impressed with Pulse at all. Gave the last 1/4 of it away while the Creapump arrived. Creapump is much cheaper and does what I want it to - the feeling of a pump for psychological reasons. The water melon flavour is pretty good too.
