It's unlikely to be as bad as you think. Most of us are not perfectly symmetrical and if you go down the route of tryng to overcompensate for it by doing extra on the smaller side, you'll probably end up with unbalanced assistance muscles once (if) you get your pecs the same size.

I bet if you asked a handful of people to comment on your chest, none would remark on the lack of symmetry.

Try switching to dumbbells if you don't already use them - this will stop the stronger side compensating for the other

As stated above, it's likely no-one else would even notice. One tends to be one's own worst critic, IME

I have the same thing, I have tried DBs in the past and to be honest I think its genetic and have given up on trying to even them up.

agree with all comments, might be genetics, might of been one supporting one more than the other. use dumbells, same weight, reps, training, should catch up

I noticed this the other week on myself. My left was slightly bigger in my case, i asked a few people if they saw the difference and they didn't. It seems to be evening itself out a tiny bit now though. I also wondered if it had anything to do with me being left handed and using my left hand slightly more for certain activities!!

Can't argue with that.
