Hi,

Was thinking of adding a 500g tub of Fromage Frais to my diet and was looking for ideas on flavouring.

What kind of flavouring do you use and recommend? I want to keep it healthy as I'm cutting.

i have mixed in a scoop of protein powder of most flavours and its nice

Spenda, & a tea spoon of options orange chocolate powder does the trick for me, very tasty! Have it every night!

Have it every day - superb.

Pineapple,raisins,honey, nuts,splenda(1/2 teaspoon)...not all at once mind ,,,but whatever tickles your fancy.Prefer pineapple myself .If you fancy a little treat break a flake up...scrummy....

Protein powder. I have this pretty much every day. Mix the pro powder with water 1st into a runnyish paste and then add the from frais. Best tasting so far. Extreme Nutrition Perfomance Whey Banana and Biotech Myogenic Lemon Yoghurt[8D][8D][8D][8D]

can anyone tell me which brand i should be looking for as it only seems to have about 4-5g of protein per 100g in the ones i have seen

I shop at tesco's btw
