Guys there is a lot of conflicting info on the best use of HMB. Can anyone suggest a dosage and best times to take it. I was just going to take 2 grams 3 times a day spread out over the day. I have read that you should take it pre and post workout so should i split that up and take 1 gram 6 times a day to include both pre and post workout?

Not a fan myself and the evidence is weak, despite clever marketing

This is the thing as james said clever marketing , i think i first saw HMB on the shop shelf about 10 years ago now, guys down the gym said yeh its the biz or was it or we was drawn in by all the hype ? .
The fact is there is not one thing and one thing only that will make you grow big ,its a mix of things.

I agree with the above - not worth the money - there are far better things to be spending your money on.

Yea I bought a bottle for about £30 years ago, was expecting for the "amazing changes" to my physique it promised, but nothing happened.

I think its relevant I say this because I know its what most members think.

Dont waste your money on supplements, either do AAS or spend the money on more food.

Simple az the more you eat the more you grow
