Define best.
If best is size in proportion then Platz
If best is simply size then Brewer.
So what should Trey do - get the rest of his body as big as his legs (proportionately) or lose some size in his legs so they're more in proportion to his body?

Brewer without a doubt.
Platz had some awesome legs though, the size and conditioning is amazing.
