| Bladerunner! -> Training for a run and weightlifting together... (May 2 2008 18:52:58) | Im starting to train for a run soon, im only going to train twice a week and not do legs as i`ll be running 3-4 days a week. i was thinking of using the following as a routine: Day 1 db bench 4x6 rows 4x6 chins 4x6 db shoulder press 4x6 Day 2 cg press 4x6 skulls 3x8 cg weighted chins 4x6 db curls 3x8 should i keep the shoulder press on the first day or move it to the second day or even add in another shoulder exercise with it? my chest is already too big for the rest of my body which is why im only doing one exercise so i`ll just maintain it until everything else catches up. should i change any of it or is it okay for the moment? i dont take steroids. |
