3/4 months will give you enough time toget your abs showing and put a lil bit of muscle on, journals are good, start one, see your progression, and you get some good tips

sorry yeah, I should of wrote that better... I was of course taking on carbs and fats ect as well ... but I put emphasis on the protien.
