hello all, im wanting to start cutting therefore adding in cardio on a morning

i no that the best kind of bike to buy is an ex commercial spin bike.

i have a choice of 2 and wonder if anyone has one or has experience of one of the bikes i state and no if there any good etc..

would be extremely helpful if anybody has any info
