basically earlier on today i had really bad pins and needles in my right hand that wouldnt go, it lasted for about half an hour and i couldnt do anything then tonight whilst stood up at work i started getting pains in my lower back, its aching now i trained squats last night i also got pins and needles in my foot whilst performing the squats (it forced me to stop on my final set) so i am coming to the conclusion that the incidents may be related any opinions? they would be very much appriciated [:)]

Go see a chiropractor as soon as you can. Lay off any activity that causes you aches, pains etc...
