Hi dudes, just got some igf 1 for 1st time and have heard can make you slightly hypo, was wondering what i should put in a shake to avoid this? Will be shooting pwo, at mo my pwo shake consists of 5 heaped tble spoons 75% whey and 3 heaped tble spoons myprotein maltodextrin. Is this enough? Or do i need more carbs?

I would also add some slow released carbs - say some oats

ive monitored blood sugars while using igf, and for me it made no difference, so for me normal diet routine is fine
