Status: offline 		Well today I bit the bullet and pulled out all my clothes from under the bed, where they have been stuffed for ages as I haven't been able to fit into them. I was delighted to find that pretty much everything fits me now. It has suprised me somewhat as although I know I have made good progress, I am always hard on myself and see a different person in the mirror to perhaps what I am.

Hence I have got my camera out and taken a pic. These jeans that I am wearing, well I was wearing those in Dec 2007 and they fitted OK. Now look at them! Slightly horrified actually to see with my own eyes how much I must have let myself go. But that is then and this is now. I started my 6 month regime on 2nd Jan 2008 and thus this is a 4 month progress pic. I feel very very motivated now to crack on with the next 2 months.

I do not know how much weight I have lost so far as I avoid the scales but I would estimate around the 2st mark.

Those fat bstard jeans have just been thrown in the bin by the way

Not yet, I'm not finished yet. This is just a quick snap to show progress so far.
