I usually do my leg day on a saturday morning.

As i went into my first set of sqauts this morning i was already shaky and weak feeling.

Even though my lifts were ok it is a real challenge training when i feel like that.

When i train in the evenings i don't get that feeling.

Anyway, this morning i ate:

scoop whey, 5 eggwhites and one whole egg
3 weetabix, hanful of berries, and a medium ripe banana.

I am guessing it will be the berries, or is it simple the fact that i train in mornings?

More fat included in your brekkie mate, I get this often and had to add loads of fat in my brekkie to get rid of it. Check my diet in my journal for more info (near the last pages)

what periods of time were involved here? How much did you sleep? When was breakfast and when did you train?

Are you saying that even before you started training, you were feeling shaky & weak?

Try this - have that breakfast, then have 2 oatcakes 10-15 mins pre-legs and report back

i often have ****ty workouts if done after brekki,

although life and work sometimes have me working out early or not at all.

like said before watch out how long after breakfast you train, i usually wait 1 hr 15 mins with a light brekki,

then have a couple of rich tea biscuits 15 mins before i leave for the gym.

i cannot train legs in the am.

seems i need to get a few meals in me to have a worthwhile workout with good intensity

hope this helps

phil
