Basement -> Morning low intensity cardio (May 3 2008 16:13:48)

I've read a bit about morning low intensity cardio and I've an idea of the reasons why it might be beneficial: From what I've read, there are more free fatty acids in your blood that have been released while asleep.

Firstly is this correct? I read it a few weeks ago and I'm having trouble finding the article, I'm pretty sure it's along the lines of what I've said.

Second.(assuming I was correct). Is there a window of opportunity to do morning cardio? i.e. at what point are these free fatty acids re-stored in your body?

Is it after you've been awake for X minutes, after you've eaten some food or something to cause a rise in insulin? Or something else?

Cheers for any help
