Hi guys,

About to start a 10 week cut. Have a look at the diet and let me know if I should change anything.

STATS:
AGE: 22
WEIGHT: 82KG
HEIGHT: 6,2"

DIET:
1. 12:00pm – 30g whey. 0.7 cup of oats boiled with 300ml skimmed milk, and 0.5 tablespoon of honey. 533 Cals, 9g Fat, 72g Carb, 43g Pro.

2. 14:30pm – 125g fresh prawns. 12.5g Almonds. Mixed Salad. 169 Cals, 8g Fat, 3g Carb, 21g Pro.

3. 17:00pm – Tuna chunks in brine. 12.5g Almonds. Mixed Salad. 232 Cals, 8g Fat, 3g Carb, 39g Pro.

4. 19:30pm - Pre WO Meal = A good piece of lean meat or salmon with 1 cup of basmati rice or 2 cups of pasta. Broccoli. 442 Cals, 6g Fat, 52g Carb, 44g Pro.

5. 21:00pm – Train

6. 22:00pm - PWO = 45g of whey protein mixed with 2 weetabix (crunched). 1 banana. 396 Cals, 4g Fat, 52g Carb, 40g Pro.

7. 23:00pm - PPWO = A good piece of lean meat or salmon with 1 cup of basmati rice or 2 cups of pasta. Broccoli. 1 Apple. 556 Cals, 11g Fat, 83g Carbs, 36g Pro.

8. 01:30am - 200g of cottage cheese with 0.5 tbs of flax oil. 230 Cals, 10g Fat, 7g Carbs, 29g Pro.

Total Cal: 2,558
Total Fat: 56g
Total Carb: 272g
Total Pro: 252g


TRAINING:
Weights on MON, TUES, THURS and FRI not exceeding 1 hour in duration.

SS CARDIO on MON, TUES, and THURS before meal 1.

HIIT after meal 1 every SAT.

not to bad, more fruit i would say and more veggie variety other than just salad. might want to start looking at what calories you can cut if things start to slow down, the body will probably adapt before the 10 weeks are up.

Can anyone suggest how long I should wait after meal 1 before I start my HIIT session on saturdays?

My initial thoughts are 1 hour.

Until your food digest casue you dont wanna be gettin a cramp lol 1 hour should be fine
