I'm starting a journal in an attempt to keep myself motivated in my training. I've started lifting weights a few times, but not kept it up long enough for it to make a huge difference. I'm hoping this time will be different.

I'm currently 21, 6'2" and a shade under 170lbs. I'll be following the eating plan I laid out in this thread, and supplementing with creatine until my 300g pot runs out. I'll be doing this workout:

Monday - Chest/Biceps

Dumbbell Bench Press
Dumbbell Flyes
Dumbbell Incline Press
Chinups (underhand grip)
Bicep Curls

Tuesday- Legs

Font Squats
Leg Press
Hamstring Curl
Calf Raises

Thursday - Delts/Triceps

Dumbbell Overhead Press
Side Lateral Raises
Dips
Tricep Pulldown
Lying Triceps Press

Friday - Back/Traps

Deadlift
Shrugs
Bent Over Barbell Row
Back Extensions
Lat Pulldown

I'll whack up some photos after I get a new memory card for my camera tomorrow, so you can see my 'before' body. I'm going to start recording my weights from next week, and I'll start the diet on monday too. I've done a couple of sessions already, chest/biceps and legs, which will no doubt throw the timetable off a little, but I'll work it out somehow. Important thing is just to keep going now I've started :)

Best of luck mate, stick with it, take a notepad into the gym and log your sessions so you can monitor progression, it pays dividends in the long run
