for the same money you can get better powder, thats got more nutrants in it. more vits, higher protein, more calcuim, more aminos etc

I'd be amazed to see one single similar 5lb whey product that has a higher protein content than Instant Whey, one that is indendently proven for protein claims, made in accordance with ISO9001 procedures, made with 100% renewable energy and perhaps of more relevance one that you can buy from stores all over the U.K.

And re taste: We recently conducted blind taste testing with our new improved flavours. Instant Whey came out on top.

I personally believe they are the best brand going, I especially like the fact they make all their supps with green energy. Instant Whey is the dogs!

best brand. it crap

How can you base the opinions of a brand on the taste of a single product? Fair enough you might not like the flavours but to say the brand is crap is a bit flipant.

only the protein im on about, other products are ok, l-glutaine.
for the same money you can get better powder, thats got more nutrants in it. more vits, higher protein, more calcuim, more aminos etc

Sorry mate but you are talking rubbish here

Reflex Instant Whey is a great product fact, it is the highest gram for gram like for like product on the market. Ranging from 78% - 82%.

Not only that it now contains peptide bonded glutamine and hydro whey to boot.

I don't know what you mean by "more nutrients, vits etc thats bull dude.

Sorry but this is true.

John.

Some more flavours of the Natural Whey would be good :o)

Would love to try Coconut!

Money I can see, as the bulk suppliers are cheaper but whey is whey. You can compare different wheys ie. concentrate v isolate, but other than that there will be no quantifyable difference in a comparable whey protein powder that has the same g of protein per serving.

every protein diff per serving, la 40gs per se. reflex i.e 30g just depends how many scoops you put in, some say one, some say 2, 3. or even 4 with weight gainer.
what you need to look at is grams of protein to 100g of powder weight, i noticed that there is a diff to 100g with diff makes and have found better value with extras in, and better tasting the reflew whey.
i respect other peoples views, but its not for me

Use Reflex frequently and have found them very good and very good value for money. I actually remember when the company first formed! Some of their stuff did taste a bit naff when they first came out but they have come a long way to the point they are one of the better tasting products on the market

I have recently starting using their "Growth Matrix" post workout and hard great results with regard to recovery etc only downside to it is that I don't think the protien content isn't high enough for a serving. Easily fixed though as I just add a scoop of unflavored stuff, Sorted!

Fair enough. Which brand has higher protein, more in and tastes nicer, and isnt a straight isolate and cost the same?

Thats what I said! If you compare whey proteins of the same % protein it matters not one jot what make it is! If taste is an issue obviously that a problem for you, but it dose not make it any less of an effective protein powder!

Hi mate thats a protein blend.

So it can't really be compared to Instant Whey which is a whey blend.

Compare like for like. You will not find better than Instant Whey IMO.

This is far better value for money!

http://www.wheyconsortium.co.uk/ViewProduct.aspx?id=2

It also includes delivery and is just as effective a protein as the brand you have linked too. Off course you have to flavour yourself or drink as!

Seen as you asked Graduate... Our "Flavoured Whey Blend":

http://www.myprotein.co.uk/bulk-supplies/flavoured-whey/whey-blend-(5lb)-(refill)/

This is 25% WPI and 75% WPC80. All whey from a leading Euro dairy. It is 77.5% protein (as-is) which we don't just claim, but prove:

http://www.myprotein.co.uk/img/coa/whey-blend-coa.pdf

It tastes great, we only use Sucralose as the sweetener and is produced in our factory to ISO9001 (UKAS) standards.

Best of all it is only £21.99 per 5lb (2.27kg) refill!

Not quite as high gram for gram as Reflex Instant Whey but still a good shout MP

Nice price too but doesn't include P and P.

This looks a good product, but still not the same as Instant Whey due to the extras you get.

MP wins on price

Not a comparable product, as the link suggests it a bulk product. I am sure if we want to we could just link to unflavoured wheys and so on.

As per my question, i reffered to a brand not a bulk supplier which operates in a similar fashion!

Lower protein %, more carbs, less total weight per tub, etc!

If its not for you then no worries, no one makes products that everyone can like the flavour of!

How is it not comparable? I agree "unflavoured wheys" is not comparable, but this is a very high specification flavoured whey protein blend that has near equal protein content and tastes as good if not better?

We are a "brand". We are a "online brand".

Maybe you should state "comparable to a high street product", because both products are very comparable on nutritional data, taste, ISO standards and mixability. The only exceptions is price (our blend is much cheaper) and the fact we sell direct rather than via retail which doesn't make any difference to a product comparison.

Loving the way Myprotein are trying to BIG themselves here in this post LOL. I notice that all-in1 have not posted the fact that their whey protein is made by Reflex and is cheaper than Myprotein.

Look at the deals when you buy 4 or more tubs: http://www.sports-nutrition.net/store.php?sub=3&id=18

You get it delivered on time too from all-in1/Reflex.
