Guys I need abit of help for a cutting diet, the thing is that im a veggie, so no egg or tuna.
For bulking my diets ok, I just eat loads of pasta and rice. But my protein intake from solid foods is quite poor. Do you guy have any suggestions. I also take omega 3 supplements to ensure I get enough EFA's.

Check the articles section as there is advice there for vegetarians & vegans. Quorn is a good protein source but contains egg white. TVP is made from soya beans. Nuts & seeds & legumes are all good protein sources.
