i use some ped's and a few supplements, i wont use all of either. there are some things i dont think i'll never need to use.

natural used a fair few supps majority being a total waste of money

I am currently about as natural as can be, in that I do not take any supplement which is created with the aim of improving my performance or physique

In the past though I have used very many steroids and performance enhancing supplements

I don't consider performance enhancing supps any more natural than non-OTC performance enhancers, so I agree with your poll choices Welshy Pete

Whats the point of this poll?

Do pain killers count as supps or drugs? What about deep heat? Does skimmed milk powder count as a supplement or 'natural food', what about coffee? What is this natural food you speak off? Is it food you have captured and killed yourself?

My general lack of taste for good foods means I have a multivit and Omega 3 caps. My standard shake for when I can't fit in normal food for whatever reason is oats with a couple of scoops of a whey/milk protein mix.

Ive never touched anything, including asprin & caffine.

I dont even drink red bull incase it stopps my from being natural!!!!!
