The subject is not just a joke or so ....... but its really a big question for me as i got married 3 years ago and was out of bb great cond. since then
and i think its the same question in any married or single bodybuilder...
any way let us see...
I am not into too much details ,but thought might share the experience with u all
started training nearlly first of march , had to drop my body weight (was 209 lbs ) height 5.83 ft,

deit
Got my deit cleaned gradualy , was eating all junk food>>calories went to 3000/day>>>>2500/day>>>
>>2200/day right now inwhich 200gm protein &250 gm carbs
as following :

wake up
9 am :75 gm of oats in scimmed milk+tea spoon honey

10 am :1 tin tuna no oil +1 tommato

11:30 am :i scoop of whey (25 g of p)

1 pm : 200 gm chicken breast +1 fruit(probably apple or banana)

3:30 pm : 200 gm chicken breasts +50gm of boiled pasmati rice

5:30 pm : training

6:30 pm : 2 scoops of whey (50 gm protein)

7:30 pm : 250 gm chicken breast +100gm of boiled pasmati rice or 120gms of boiled potatos

10 pm :100 very low fat cheese +200 gm salad

11 pm : cup of green tea with no sugar


training
training nearly 5 days aweek (2 days on and on day off)
,cardio 2day/w

status
5.83 ft , 186 pounds and haven't measure bf% yet(was waiting for the better shape)

supplements
on
- three scoops of whey protein(25 g each)/day
-glucosamine compound (1500 mg/d)
-mega men sport muti-vit

gear
As most of u know ,got an offer for a pro to do a cycle without knowing what it is , was gonna do it BUT....i really can't get through that since i got educated ,i am not that new baby to roids as i did 5 cycles b4 ,2 were mess and three in the light period so....I AM GONNA DO MINE
still searching for the good legit stuff

Why not make your 9 and 10 am meals into one meal - there doesn't seem much point in it being seperated.

Is this current diet aimed at dropping more bodyfat?

as separating the meals ,i don't like to eat much when i first wake up...thats why

yes , this is my deit and already lost round 3.5% bf which is nearly 20pounds...also don't wanna loose any muscles
