Think i might do just one good intensity cardio session m8 ta!

I just want to utilise the short time frame ive got before the season starts again to gain some deccent weight!!

Last time i bulked i did it over a long time frame to keep fat gains down & stay stupidly fit, this time its all about gain weight !

Its about quality weight mate, at least it is for me, i hate carrying fat if i dont need to and pisses me off when my cv fitness takes a nosedive

Have a date today with one of my many new girlfriends

I want quality weight too but ive only got a few months still the season starts m8 so a little bit of puppy fat is the price ill have to pay!!!

Well im 13st5 now m8 & the season starts end of august begining of sept so im aiming for above 14st!!

Plus pre-season training starts early august so ive got about 10-12weeks to focus on weights

Right trained back & biceps however i lost my piece of paper with all the weights/reps etc !!

Didnt do dealifts today as the space was being used for ages + my legs were DOM'd to hell so wouldnt have been able to give 100% anyhow!!

Next week ill start them though !

Overhand Pullups - BW 6reps x 6sets
Support DB Rows - 3x8
Hanging Leg Raises - 2x12
Reverse Grip Lat Pulldowns - 3x8
Bicep Curls - 3x6

Gentle CV session tomorrow morning them off to get some ink !

Might take a few pic's later for reference too....................

Having my tribal turned into a full half sleeve polyanisian with a few add bits!!

Yeah 14st should be attainable m8 with some deccent muscle gains!!!

Fook me my legs are in clip today !

Managed to hobble round for 25minutes fast hobbling CV, which was not pleasant at all!

Now looking forward to a few days rest and some more ink work done this morning !!

Nice day off training yesterday, couldnt have done much either if i wanted too as the dom's were intense !

Off to the gym later this afternoon for chest & shoulders followed by a few drinks in Newport to celebrate my m8's bday!!

Feels a bit weird having no rugby to play, what will i do wit my saturday afternoons now , lol???

You aint gonna gain much muscle in that time frame so majority of weight gain will be water and fat ie general mass so if you are going for getting as much on your frame as poss then just eat everything you like that you can eat lots of.I find icecream great for getting weight on as it goes in easy at the back of every meal, even in the heat when appetite can sway.Just think calories that aint gonna fill ya and block your normal eating pattern cause your gonna need all the ussual nutrients from your balanced diet...assuming thats all in place.
